Redwood Housing selected Ruscilli to perform a comprehensive renovation of an existing muti-family residential community consisting of 28, two-story building with 272 total apartment units on 18 acres, including upgrades to the building exteriors, interiors, and site/amenity improvements. The project is funded through 4% Low Income Housing Tax Credit from the Ohio Housing finance Agency (OHFA). The project will be executed in approximately 12 phases with projected completion in December 2023.
