This project included preconstruction and construction of a multi-story, 37,000 square foot mixed-use building including 7,000 square feet office and 30,000 square feet retail. In addition, demolition of the existing building and extensive site work was completed in preparation of the new building and parking area. Tenants include Oak Hill Bank, Tim Horton’s, Noodles & Company, Verizon Wireless, and Mattress Factory.

Lamborghini Ohio was constructed adjacent to the existing Nelson Auto Group in Marysville, Ohio. The building features a striking exterior of Italian granite and limestone panels. With more than 24,000 square feet of showroom and sales space, this new facility is the largest Lamborghini dealership in the United States.
