This eight-story, 54-unit condominium project located in downtown Columbus included the demolition of an existing two-story building and barricading and shoring of the adjacent streets and neighboring buildings. The building’s parking needs are met with multiple hydraulic car stacking lifts designed to accommodate three cars per lift. As with most of our projects, Ruscilli’s preconstruction group partnered with the owner and architect to optimize the design and keep the project on budget while maintaining high-level finishes.

The Benchmark apartment complex was designed for the “Young Professional”. It is located near the intersection of Kenny and Henderson Roads in Columbus, Ohio. This project consisted of 108 dwelling units containing one, two, and three-bedroom units spread throughout nine separate three story wood-framed buildings. The scope of work also included a community clubhouse, fitness loft and an in-ground pool and patio area.

This new four-story luxury market rate apartments complex is located in Columbus’ Short North area. The ground level structure consists of parking and the upper three-stories of the structure consist of 24 new apartment units ranging from 491 square feet to 1285 square feet in size. The parking level is steel framed while the upper three levels of apartments are wood framed.
