Whitehall City Schools

This undertaking included three new Elementary Schools to house grades PK through 5, (1) new Middle School to house grades 6-8, (1) new High School to house grades 9 through 12, and renovations to the existing High School.

Two new Elementary Schools were constructed on the same site as the existing two Elementary Schools. The buildings were completed on schedule with no interruptions to school operations.

When we passed our bond issue, we told our public we would build quality, economical school facilities on time and within budget. Ruscilli was a critical and key part of this accomplishment.”
