The Gables of Westerville held a ceremonial groundbreaking today for their upcoming Luxury Senior Living Community. Situated on 8 acres immediately adjacent to Saint Paul’s Church, the facility will feature evidence-based modern building design and care services. Westerville Mayor Craig Treneff noted that the project is indicative of a “terrific trajectory of development” happening in the City of Westerville and pointed to its emphasis on “respect, dignity, and love for Senior Citizens.” The facility will feature 8 Villas, 20 units of Independent Living, and 58 units for Assisted Living, all of which are connected to a Memory Care Neighborhood featuring 26 units, a covered courtyard, and a Wellness Center. Construction is planned to begin in the next few weeks with the facility opening around November of 2019.
