1998
This $16 million, multi-site undertaking consisted of the 92,000 square foot 1,000-student Indian Trail Elementary School as well as renovations and additions to the existing Middle School building.
2001
This $17 million K-12 program included construction of the new 575-student Winchester Trail Elementary School plus a 44,400 square foot academic wing and cafeteria expansion to Canal Winchester High School. In addition, Ruscilli renovated 55,000 square feet of space at the existing Intermediate and Middle Schools.
2005
This $35.5 million project includes construction of a new 921-student Middle School and a 49,244 square foot gymnasium/academic addition to the existing Winchester Trail Elementary School.
2017
The program for this $24 million high school addition/renovation includes 42,000 SF of expansion, providing a new auxiliary gymnasium, new media center, 11 new classrooms and 5 new small group rooms. 157,000 SF of comprehensive renovations were also included, renewing and enhancing the existing administrative suite, 2-story classroom wing, student dining commons area, and lobbies, corridors and public spaces throughout. Mechanical, electrical and plumbing systems have been substantially replaced and/or upgraded, and new fire detection and suppression systems were added to the entire facility. Significant site improvements and utility work were also included.
Construction has been performed over eight phases to ensure classes and school functions were maintained throughout the 26 month period. Improvements to Canal Winchester High School were completed on-time for Owner move-in in August of 2020.
